Infiniti and Nissan Owners Can Receive a Free Tow Service Following an Accident to Hampden Auto Body
Hampden Auto Body is an Infiniti and Nissan Certified Collision Repair facility. If you have been in an accident, Infiniti and Nissan vehicle owners can call a toll free number to initiate a free towing service to our collision repair shop.
Infiniti and Nissan said its new towing service delivers damaged vehicles directly to Infiniti and Nissan Certified Collision Repair Network shops following a wreck. The purpose of the towing program is to provide Infiniti and Nissan vehicle owners with confidence that the repair will meet the company’s standards.
Infiniti owners can call a toll-free phone number, 1.800.662.6200 and Nissan owners can call a toll-free phone number, 1-800-Nissan-1, to initiate the towing service following an auto accident. The vehicle will be transported to any Infiniti or Nissan certified shop within a 50-mile radius.
Infiniti said in a press release: “Infiniti North America established the Infiniti Certified Collision Repair Network to reward and distinguish body shops that meet and exceed Infiniti standards for training, equipment, customer service and quality repair work. The standards for becoming an Infiniti Certified Collision Repair facility are high, but Infiniti owners expect nothing less. Requirements include general business practices, facility, operations and performance standards. There are also required levels for training, tools, equipment and customer satisfaction indexing that must be maintained.”
Nissan said in a press release “High quality collision repair shops no longer need to wait for Nissan owners to find them. With Nissan Certified Collision Repair facilities, Nissan North America will deliver vehicle owners directly to the shop door. The process is designed to be seamless for both the Nissan owner and the collision shop, reinforcing the positive Nissan customer experience.”
